1

Heat 2 teaspoons ghee in a non-stick pan over low flame until melted

2

Add 1/2 cup gram flour to the pan and roast, stirring continuously for about 4-5 minutes until it turns light brown and fragrant

3

Transfer the roasted gram flour to a plate

4

In another pan, heat 1 teaspoon ghee and add 10 chopped dates (seeds removed)

5

Cook the dates on medium to low flame for 3-4 minutes, mashing them with a spoon until they become soft

6

Add 10 raisins to the softened dates and mix well

7

Add 10 cashews and 10 almonds (ground into powder) to the mixture for natural sweetness and flavor

8

Mix in 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and combine thoroughly

9

Add the roasted gram flour mixture to the date and nut mixture and cook for an additional 10-20 seconds until well mixed

10

Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool for 1-2 minutes

11

Once slightly cooled, mix everything with your fingers to make it easier to form ladoos

12

If the mixture feels too dry, add a little more ghee
