20 g sugar
150 ml unsweetened milk
40 ml cooking oil
1 egg
100 g mozzarella cheese
1 piece Laughing Cow Cheese
1

Add 180 g of tapioca flour, 20 g of sugar, 150 ml of unsweetened milk, 40 ml of cooking oil, 1 egg, 100 g of mozzarella cheese, and 1 piece of Laughing Cow Cheese into a blender.

2

Blend the mixture until it's nice and smooth.

3

Pour the blended mixture into baking molds, filling them only halfway to allow for puffing up during baking.

4

If using traditional molds, dust them with tapioca flour to help release the bread later.

5

For air frying, set the air fryer to 170°C and cook for 20 minutes.

6

For oven baking, preheat the oven to 180°C with upper and lower heat and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the bread puffs up and turns golden brown.
