1/3 cup milk

Grease 12 cups of a mini muffin tin (or use a standard size muffin tin, doubling the batter if necessary).

In a mixing bowl, combine 2/3 cup of tapioca flour, 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Add 1/3 cup of milk (whole, 2%, or plant-based) to the mixture.
