Chinese Egg Rolls

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sesame oil
10 egg roll wrappers
2 cups frying oil
2 tablespoons apricot jam
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons shoyu

Heat a little sesame oil in a large skillet or wok.

Add ground pork and crumble it into fine pieces as it cooks.

Season the pork with oyster sauce, garlic powder, salt, and white pepper.
