Cut skin and fat off pork then chop into pieces so it is easier to blend.

In a large bowl mix garlic and pork together. Add msg, sugar, salt, 1 Nam seasoning mix and half a pack of rice powder mix together very well.

Add the cooked sliced pork skin, mix well.

Start rolling your pork to your desired size.

Wrap each individual meat in Saran Wrap adding 1-2 chili pepper to each.

Twist both sides to close it up and tape it.
