2 TBS Oil
2 TBS Chopped Garlic
2 TBS Chopped Ginger
Salt to Taste
2/3 TBS Chopped Green Chilli
1 TS Whole Spice Powder (Garam Masala)
1 Chooped Onion
1 Chopped Capsicum
Chilli Flakes
Rosted Cumin Powder
Roasted Coriander Powder
Black Pepper
1/2 TS Sumac or Chatt Masala
100 gm spaghetti
4 Potatoes

Pour 2 TBS oil in pan, then add chopped ginger and garlic, saute for few seconds.

Add chicken mince and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt, chopped green chilli, and whole spice powder. Cover & cook until tender and water dries completely.

Boil 100 gm spaghetti and keep aside.

Boil 4 potatoes and mash them.

In a big bowl, add cooked mince, mashed potatoes, boiled noodles, and all above spices. Make kababs.

Coat with maida and dip in egg, then shallow fry.
