½ bunch of green onions (thinly chopped – 1/3 cup)
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of cumin
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sumac
¼ cup of hot water
