1 cup bulgur wheat
2 cups hot water
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped mint
1 cup finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper

Add coarse wheat (dahlia) to a bowl.

Pour boiling hot water over the dahlia and let it soak for around 10 minutes.

After soaking, pour the dahlia into a strainer to drain excess water.

Spread the dahlia in the strainer and cover with a lid to steam for another 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, check the dahlia; it should be nicely steamed and cooked.
