1 Dry Onion
1/2 bunch Flat Parsley
Salt
Ground Pepper
60gr/2.1oz Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1-2 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 big Egg
1 tbsp. white Vinegar
1/2 tsp. All-Spice
1 tsp. Dry Oregano
1/2 tsp. dry Thyme
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. ground Cinnamon
8-9 medium ripe Tomatoes
Olive Oil (for grilling tomatoes)
4-5 Pita Breads
Tzatziki Sauce (or Greek Yoghurt)
1 Dry Onion (in slices)
Chopped Parsley
Paprika Powder (optional)
