Take 1 glass of fine bulgur wheat in a bowl.
Add enough hot water to cover the bulgur, cover it, and let it sit for 20 minutes to soften.
Finely chop half a bunch of fresh mint and add it to a mixing bowl.
Finely chop half a bunch of parsley and transfer it to the bowl with the mint.
Chop 3-4 small spring onions and add them to the other ingredients in the bowl.
Chop 1 tomato into as thin and small pieces as possible and put the chopped tomatoes on the greens.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the mixing bowl.
Take the softened bulgur, add the juice of 1 lemon, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup, and 1 teaspoon of salt, and mix all the ingredients well.
Serve the beautifully mixed salad on a plate and decorate with pomegranate seeds.
