1 large onion
2 medium carrots
2 medium potatoes
2 medium tomatoes
1 large bell pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups water
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup cilantro
1 lemon
1 cup vermicelli

Heat a large pot over medium heat and add lamb, browning on all sides.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in diced carrot, potato, and bell pepper; cook for another 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic, cumin, paprika, and black pepper; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
