Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Carefully drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook until they float, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and drain.
Serve warm with melted butter or yogurt on top.
