Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine 2 lb ground chicken and 1 diced green chili.
Add 1/2 cup chopped onions and mix together with the ground meat.
Next, add 2 slices of bread, 1 egg, and salt to taste (2 teaspoons for this amount).
Add 2 teaspoons curry powder and 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of golf balls, using a tablespoon or ice cream scooper.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and browned.
Check to see if they are done; they should no longer be pink.
Serve the meatballs warm.
