1 large onion slices
2 large tomato paste
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp Laal mirch powder
¼ tsp haldi powder
half tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Laal mirch powder

Heat oil in a pan.

Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add beef mix boti and cook until browned.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for a few minutes.

Add the spices: salt, Laal mirch powder, haldi powder, and dhaniya powder.

Add lauki and mix well.

Cover and cook until the lauki is tender and the beef is cooked through.
