2 teaspoon freshly crushed coriander seeds
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt

Remove the skin from the goat liver and cut it into small cubes.

To reduce and remove the bad odor and smell, add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and 2-3 tablespoon milk. Mix and let it sit for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, wash the liver under water and drain.

Add the spices: 2 tablespoon yogurt, 2 tablespoon fried onions, 3 tablespoon milk, 1 tablespoon freshly crushed garlic, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon freshly crushed coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix well.

For BBQ, thread the marinated liver onto skewers and cook on a hot preheated grill for 2-3 minutes per side.

For pan roasting, in a hot frying pan, add 1 tablespoon melted butter or ghee, then add the marinated liver. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
