1/4 cup roasted chana dal
1/4 cup dried coconut (grated)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2-3 green chilies (slit)
10-12 curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
