Poha Chivda

250 grams Poha
2-3 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup Peanuts
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
1/2 cup Sliced Cashew
1/2 cup Dry Coconut Sliced
1/2 cup Roasted Chana Dal / Gram Dal
1/4 cup Raisin / Kishmish
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2-3 Pieces of Sliced Green Chilli
10-12 Pieces of Curry Leaves
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds / Jeera
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste

Roast the Poha in a pan until it becomes crispy.

In a separate pan, heat 2-3 tbsp of oil and add the peanuts, sliced almonds, sliced cashew, dry coconut, roasted chana dal, and raisins. Stir-fry until golden brown.

Add sesame seeds and stir for a minute.

For the tadka, heat 2 tbsp of oil, add sliced green chillies, curry leaves, and cumin seeds. Fry until fragrant.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt to the tadka. Mix well.

Combine the roasted Poha with the fried mixture and tadka. Add lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
