3 cups thin poha
2-3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
4 green chilies, slit
dry coconut slices
12-15 curry leaves
roasted and salted peanuts
roasted and salted cashews
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon mango powder

Heat a pan on low flame.

Add 3 cups of thin poha to the pan.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of oil to the pan.

Once the oil is slightly hot, add 1 teaspoon of whole cumin seeds.

Add 4 slit green chilies to the pan.

Fry for about 30-40 seconds.

Add dry coconut slices and fry until golden brown.

Add 12-15 curry leaves and stir-fry well.

Add the poha to the pan and roast until crispy and crunchy, stirring constantly.

After about 15 minutes, check the color and texture of the poha; it should be crispy.

Add roasted and salted peanuts and cashews to the poha.

Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of mango powder.

Mix all the spices well with the poha and other ingredients.

Add raisins and mix well to combine.
