2.5 cup Medium thick poha (rice flakes or flattened rice)
1/2 cup Raw peanut
1/2 cup Roasted chana dal (dalia)
1/4 cup Dry coconut flakes
1/4 cup broken Cashewnuts
3 sprig Curry leaves
Oil - for roasting ingredients
1.5 tablespoon Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Cumin/jeera powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Sugar powder (or as per sweet)

Heat oil in a pan and add the raw peanuts, roasting them until golden brown.

Add the roasted chana dal, dry coconut flakes, and broken cashewnuts to the pan and roast for a few minutes.

Add the curry leaves and sauté until they become crisp.

Stir in the medium thick poha and mix well with the roasted ingredients.

Add the chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, and sugar powder, mixing everything thoroughly.

Allow the mixture to cool before serving.
