2 cups poha (flattened rice)
1/2 cup peanuts
1/4 cup roasted chana dal
1/4 cup dried coconut (grated)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2-3 green chilies (slit)
10-12 curry leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp red chili powder (optional)
