3 tblsp Raisins
4 tblsp Roasted Chana Dal
2 tblsp Dry Coconut
1 Cup Makhana
Curry leaves
Oil for Fry
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Chaat masala powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/4 tsp Hing
4 tblsp Sugar Powder

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds; let them splutter.

Add green chilies and curry leaves; sauté for a minute.

Stir in peanuts and roasted chana dal; cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.

Add turmeric powder, salt, sugar, and red chili powder; mix well.

Add the poha and grated coconut; stir gently to combine.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring poha is heated through.

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
