5 cup Thin poha (rice flakes or flattened rice)
1/2 cup Raw peanut
1/4 cup Roasted chana dal (dalia)
1/4 cup Dry coconut flakes
10 Cashewnuts (broken)
3 sprig Curry leaves
4 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Jeera (cumin)
2 large cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
1 Green chilli (thin chopped)
1 tbsp Sesame seed (til)
3/4 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1 to 3 tbsp Sugar powder (or as per the sweet)

Heat oil in a pan and add jeera (cumin).

Add finely chopped garlic and green chilli, sauté until fragrant.

Add curry leaves and stir for a few seconds.

Add raw peanuts and roasted chana dal, sauté until golden brown.

Add dry coconut flakes and sesame seeds, mix well.

Add thin poha and salt, stir gently to combine all ingredients.

Sprinkle sugar powder as per taste and mix well.

Allow the mixture to cool before serving.
