Add 1 cup of milk and mix well, then cover and cook on low flame until the milk dries up (about 5 minutes).

Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix well, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes on medium flame.

Finally, add 1 cup of khoya and mix well, then serve hot garnished with nuts.
