Sift 500 grams of flour.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 tablespoons of milk powder to the flour.
Mix in 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of instant yeast and 3 tablespoons of oil.
Add 1 egg and knead the dough with warm water until soft.
Cover the dough and let it ferment in a warm place for 2-2.5 hours.
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 2 medium-sized sliced onions until soft.
Add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
Add 3 cups of boiled shredded chicken and sauté with 3 tablespoons of flour until the raw smell of flour is gone.
Season with salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon red chili powder.
Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and optionally, 1 chicken cube.
Pour in 1 cup of milk gradually while stirring continuously on low flame.
Add 2 tablespoons of boiled green peas, 2 tablespoons of boiled sweet corn, and 1 medium-sized chopped bell pepper.
Mix in 2 chopped green chilies and stir well.
Add 2 slices of cheese and 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, mixing everything well until combined.
Let the filling cool down.
Whisk 1 egg with 2-3 tablespoons of milk and set aside for later use.
Once the dough has fermented, punch it down and divide it into 8 equal parts.
Roll each part into an oval shape, slightly thicker than a regular roti.
Spread the chicken filling on the rolled dough, leaving space at the edges.
Cut slits on the sides of the dough and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges.
Optionally, shape the dough into different styles as shown in the video.
