Kale Chips

1/2 large bunch of curly kale, stems removed
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp dijon
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp garlic granules
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt or to taste

Wash and remove the center stems from the kale and break into large pieces.

In a bowl combine the lemon juice, dijon, tahini, garlic, and smoked paprika mix to combine.

Pour the mixture over the kale and mix to combine.

Sprinkle the kale with nutritional yeast and mix.

Spread the coated kale evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 225 F for 1 hour.

Mix and flip every 10-15 minutes and more often towards the end of the baking time.
