Set your oven to 350 degrees.

De-stem the kale using a paring knife, trimming down the edge of the stem and cutting off the leaves. Roughly rip the kale into chip-sized pieces.

Place the kale into a large bowl.

Add about 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the kale, enough to coat all the leaves.

Massage the olive oil into all of the kale leaves with your hands.

Add about 1 tablespoon of seasoned salt to the kale. Ensure it's evenly distributed by massaging it in with your hands.

Spread the kale evenly over a standard-sized baking sheet (about 18 by 13 inches) without overcrowding it.

Bake the kale in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes, keeping an eye on it to prevent burning.

Remove the kale from the oven when it has turned a little brown and crispy, but not burned.
