1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180 °C / 356 °F.

Wash and dry 200g of Cavolo nero kale.

Tear the kale into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix the kale with 1 tbsp of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
