Kale Chips
Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.
Wash and dry the kale thoroughly using a paper towel.
Remove the leaves from the stems by ripping them off.
Drizzle the kale with a little olive oil and massage it into the leaves.
Add your seasoning options; the creator used cajun seasoning.
Bake for 15 minutes at 185 degrees Fahrenheit (85 degrees Celsius).
After baking, add salt and pepper to taste.
