1

Wash your hands for at least 20 to 30 seconds.

2

Wash kale leaves by squishing them in a bowl of clean cold water.

3

Pat the kale leaves dry with a towel to ensure they are nice and dry.

4

Rip the kale leaves into chip-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.

5

Add a little bit of oil to the kale leaves to help them become crunchy.

6

Add basil and oregano for flavor, and a pinch of salt.

7

Mix the kale leaves with the oil and spices using a spoon until well combined and shiny.

8

Spread the kale leaves in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not stacked.
