Kale Chips

4 cups kale leaves

Start by stemming your kale, cutting away the thick stems.

Slice the kale into larger than bite-sized pieces.

Add a little bit of olive oil and a little bit of salt to the kale.

Massage the oil into the kale leaves gently with your hands for a few seconds.

Transfer the kale to your air fryer basket and shake to distribute evenly.

Cook the kale at 370°F for 4 to 6 minutes, shaking the basket every 2 minutes.

Check the kale for doneness during the last 2 minutes, checking every minute to avoid burning.

Once crisped up, season the kale with the homemade ranch seasoning: 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast.
