Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1 dessert spoon of ghee to the pan.

Add green chilies and red, green, and yellow peppers; stir-fry.

Wash the rice and keep it ready.

Add 2 cups of rice to the pan.

Pour in 4 cups of water and add a chicken cube and salt to the rice.

Cover and cook the rice until it is three-quarters cooked.

Prepare the chicken by marinating it with salt, chili powder, turmeric, and pepper; keep aside.

Stir-fry the marinated chicken until slightly cooked.

Add more water to the chicken and cook until well done, creating a gravy.

Once the rice is three-quarters cooked, add prawns and coconut milk to the rice; cook for another 5 minutes.

Strain the chicken gravy and add the cooked chicken pieces to the rice without the gravy.

Add curd, ghee, coriander leaves, and parsley on top of the rice; mix gently.
