1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 green chilies
2 tablespoons ghee
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1/4 cup mint
1 teaspoon whole spices (black pepper, green cardamom, cinnamon)
1 cup water

Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and 1 teaspoon salt.

Chop green chilies and fresh coriander, and mint; add to the chicken mixture.

Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat the pressure cooker and add whole spices: 2-3 black pepper, 2 green cardamom, and a 1-inch piece of cinnamon stick.

Add the marinated chicken to the pressure cooker and mix well.

Add 4 tablespoons of water to the chicken mixture.

Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes under pressure.

After 5 minutes, release the pressure and open the lid.

If needed, add a little more water and sauté for 2 minutes to thicken the mixture.
