Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt for 4-5 hours.

Deep fry the marinated chicken on medium flame until browned on both sides.

In the same pan, add bay leaves and chopped onions (3 onions) and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and chicken masala powder; sauté for 5 minutes to avoid burning the spices.

Add water to the pan and cover it; let the spices cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the fried chicken to the spices and mix well.

Cover the pan and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.

Then, cover and cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
