Heat 1 cup of milk in a kadai (wok) over high flame until it boils.
Stir the milk to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
Once it reduces, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and mix until dissolved.
In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of milk with 1 tablespoon of corn flour until smooth.
Cook this mixture on low flame for 1.5 to 2 minutes until it thickens, then turn off the heat and cover it.
In another kadai, heat 1/2 liter (2 cups) of full cream milk over high flame until it boils.
Once boiling, reduce the flame to low and add 3 tablespoons of condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar, mixing well until dissolved.
In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of milk with 2 tablespoons of vanilla custard powder until smooth, then gradually add it to the boiling milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Cook until the mixture thickens slightly, then turn off the heat and set aside.
Take regular bread slices and cut off the edges.
Spread 1 tablespoon of the cream mixture between two slices of bread to make a sandwich.
Cut the sandwich into desired shapes, such as triangles or quarters.
Prepare a plate for serving and pour the milk mixture over the sandwiches while they are still warm.
Garnish with sliced almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder, and saffron.
Let it set in the fridge for 1 hour or serve immediately.
