100 g liquid cream
50 g round rice
25 g sugar
25 g white chocolate
1 vanilla bean

In a large saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, milk, sugar, salt, and cinnamon (if using).

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent the rice from sticking.
