1 tbsp garam masala
3 tbsp yogurt
4 cups water
1 and 1/2 tbsp meat masala
2 stock cubes
2 tbsp Maggie hot and sweet sauce
1 and 1/2 tbsp ghee
chopped coriander leaves

Take 1 kg washed and diced lamb meat and add salt to taste.

Add 1 and 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 and 1/2 tbsp white vinegar.

Add 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, and 2 tsp yogurt; mix well.

Marinate the mixture overnight or for at least 3 hours for best results.

In a hot pan, add oil and then add 3 medium chopped onions; fry until the onions are nice and soft.

Add 3 green chilies, 2 star anise, 4 cloves, 4 green cardamom, and 1 cinnamon stick; fry together until the onions are brown.

Add 2 chopped tomatoes and fry until they are nice and soft.

Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, and 1 tbsp garam masala; mix well.

Add 3 tbsp yogurt and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes until the masala is nicely cooked, ensuring the flame is not too high.

Add the marinated lamb meat and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Add about 4 cups water and mix well; cover and let it cook for about 40 to 45 minutes until the meat is soft.

Add salt to taste, 1 and 1/2 tbsp meat masala, and 2 stock cubes.

Add 2 tbsp Maggie hot and sweet sauce and 1 and 1/2 tbsp ghee; mix well.

Finish with chopped coriander leaves and cook until the gravy is nice and thick.
