Heat the griddle on low and add a light coating of oil.
Divide the ground lamb into quarters and shape into burger patties.
Cook the lamb patties on the griddle, pressing them down slightly for a hybrid smash burger.
Season the patties with Cavender's seasoning while cooking.
Flip the burgers once the crust has formed, aiming for a medium-rare to medium doneness.
Let the burgers rest to allow juices to redistribute before assembling.
Spread whipped feta on both sides of the toasted buns.
Assemble the burger with the lamb patty, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion.
