Prepare a steamer pot and arrange the dim sims inside, then cover with a lid.
Steam the dim sims for about 12 minutes until cooked through.
Serve the dim sims on a plate scattered with fresh crunchy cabbage, a sprinkling of spring onion, and chili for color.
