Use grass-fed Angus beef and ribeye steak for the burger patty.
Form a patty weighing over 10 ounces and place it in the fridge to tighten up.
Light up the Weber grill and heat the flat top.
Add grape seed oil to the flat top for caramelizing onions.
Add onions to the heated flat top and cook until they start to soften and get color.
Add a little sugar to the onions to help with caramelization and set them aside in a cast iron skillet.
Cook Canadian bacon slices on the flat top, using two slices per burger instead of one.
Season the burger patty with salt and black pepper before cooking it on the flat top.
Cook the burger patty until a beautiful crust forms, then add one slice of cheddar cheese on top to melt.
Toast brioche buns on the flat top until nice and golden.
Assemble the burger starting with caramelized onions, then add the burger patty, bacon, butter lettuce, tomato, and canned beetroot.
Add George's gourmet barbecue sauce on top of the beetroot.
For the top bun, prepare garlic aioli using mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then spread it on the bun.
Serve the burger and describe the taste of the beetroot.
