1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup full fat milk
1 cup mango pulp
2 teaspoons sugar

whipped cream

Peel two mangoes and make a pulp out of them.

In a blender (Magic Bullet), add 1 cup of plain yogurt.

Add 1 cup of full fat milk to the blender.

Add 1 cup of mango pulp to the blender.

Add 2 teaspoons of sugar to the mixture.

If using store-bought mango pulp, do not add sugar.

Blend the mixture for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

Add cardamom to the mixture after the first blend.

If the jar is not full, add ice at this point (optional).

Blend again until fully combined.

Pour the mango lassi into serving glasses.

Garnish with whipped cream and nuts according to taste.

Add some mango pulp on top for presentation.
