1 cup kefir
1/2 cup turmeric milk
1/4 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Add 1 cup of frozen mango to the blender.

Pour in 1 cup of kefir.

Add 1/2 cup of turmeric milk to the blender.

If you don't have turmeric milk, you can substitute with regular milk and add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon.
