1–2 tablespoons sugar or jaggery (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional, for aroma)
4–5 ice cubes
2 tablespoons cold milk or water (to adjust consistency)
Saffron strands and chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

Wash, peel, and chop the mango. If using store-bought pulp, make sure it's fresh and unsweetened.

In a blender, add chopped mango, chilled curd, sugar or jaggery, cardamom powder, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Adjust thickness with a little milk or water if needed. Pour into glasses, garnish with saffron strands or chopped pistachios. Serve chilled!
