5 g Salt
15 g Sugar
15 g Margarine (or Butter/Dalda)
150 ml Water (approx.)
2 tbsp Cooking oil
1 tsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)
1 medium Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp Chilli powder
½ tsp Jeera powder
½ tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Garam masala
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
100 g Carrot & beans (boiled & finely chopped)
250 g Boiled potato (mashed)
75 g Margarine (for laminating)
75 g Margarine (for laminating)

Roll, fold book-style (4-fold), rest in fridge for 1–2 hours.

Roll dough into thin sheet (4–5 mm).

Cut into squares/rectangles.
