Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 stick

Grind the Baharini Masala Powder ingredients (Turmeric, Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper, Clove, Black Cardamom, Nutmeg, Cumin, Cinnamon) together.

Heat butter in a large pot over medium heat until melted.

Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.

Add chopped tomato and capsicum, cooking until the tomato softens.

Mix in the ground Baharini Masala Powder and cook for a minute to toast the spices.
