1

Melt some white chocolate and divide it into two parts.

2

Color one part green with food coloring.

3

Pour both chocolate mixtures into chocolate molds.

4

Melt butter in a pan and add kunafa or katifi pastry, mixing until golden brown and crunchy.

5

Turn off the heat and add pistachio paste to the kunafa mixture.

6

Mix in tahina and any leftover melted chocolate (optional).

7

Add fresh cream to make the kunafa mixture creamy (optional).

8

Melt more chocolate and pour it into the bottom of the mold.

9

Once the bottom layer sets, add a generous layer of the kunafa mixture.

10

After that layer sets, top it off with more melted chocolate to seal it in.

11

For the second mold, add crushed pistachios on top for decoration.

12

Pop the assembled kunafa in the fridge for about 30 minutes to 1 hour until the chocolate is fully set, or chill in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes if in a hurry.

13

Once set, carefully remove the kunafa from the mold.

14

Wrap each piece and store in an airtight container.
