Take half a kilo of kunafa dough, but for this recipe, you only need 100 grams.

Remove the kunafa dough from the fridge 10-15 minutes before using it for perfect results.

In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of butter and the cut kunafa dough, then cook it.

Mix the cooked kunafa dough with the ground pistachios and 1/4 cup of milkmaid.

You can also make your own pistachio butter by blending the pistachios until the oil content is released.

Melt the milk compound chocolate in the oven or using a double boiler, adding 2-3 tablespoons of refined oil to it.
