Heat a pan and melt 2 tbsp of butter.
Add the kafi or kunafa mix to the melted butter and dry roast for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Allow the roasted kunafa to cool completely in a bowl before adding pistachio cream.
Add 1/2 cup of pistachio cream and 2 tbsp (30 g) of tahini to the cooled kunafa and mix well.
Remove the mold from the refrigerator and place a layer of the kunafa mixture in the mold, pressing it down gently.
Add the chocolate mixture over the kunafa layer, filling the mold completely, and set in the freezer for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, remove the mold from the freezer and gently take out the chocolate bar.
