Preheat the pan and add butter.

Chop the kadifi and add it to the pan with the butter.

Stir the kadifi for 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes golden and crispy.

Finely chop the milk chocolate and place it in the microwave for 1 and 1/2 minutes at 800 W to melt.

Place the tray in the freezer for 30 seconds to set the chocolate layer.

Repeat the process for a second layer of chocolate, freezing again for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

In a bowl, mix the cooled kadifi with the pistachio paste until combined.
