1

Soak 1 cup pistachio in warm water for 30 minutes until fully submerged.

2

After 30 minutes, drain the water from the pistachios and place them in a mixer jar.

3

Grind the pistachios until they are finely ground.

4

Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar to the ground pistachios and mix well.

5

Gradually add 1/2 cup milk to the mixture to form a paste-like consistency.

6

In a separate bowl, add a little hot water and place a bowl over it with 1 cup chocolate chips to melt.

7

Once the chocolate is melted, take a mold and spread the melted chocolate evenly on the bottom and sides.

8

Refrigerate the chocolate-coated mold for 15 minutes to set.

9

In a pan, add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 cup semiya (vermicelli) and roast until golden brown.

10

Once the semiya is golden brown, add the ground pistachio butter to the pan and mix well.

11

Add a little milk to adjust the consistency of the filling as needed, approximately 1/2 cup.

12

Spread the filling evenly over the chocolate layer in the mold.

13

Melt some additional chocolate and spread it over the filling to cover it completely.

14

Press down gently to ensure an even layer and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes to set.
