Pipe the colored chocolate into the bottom of the silicon mold and freeze until set.
Melt 1 cup of Hershey dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, mixing each time until fully melted.
Coat the sides and bottom of the mold with the melted dark chocolate, then refrigerate to set.
In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat and add 1 cup of shredded filo dough, stirring constantly for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the crispy filo to a bowl and mix in 1/2 cup of pistachio paste and 2 teaspoons of tahini until well combined.
Remove the chocolate mold from the refrigerator and fill each section with 1.5 tablespoons of the pistachio filling, leaving space at the edges.
Cover the filling with more melted dark chocolate, ensuring all filling is completely covered.
Smooth out the edges and place the mold back in the freezer for about 30 minutes to set.
After 30 minutes, remove the chocolate bars from the mold and check the decoration.
